TheStage AI helps engineers and researchers run neural networks faster, use less GPU and power, and keep high accuracy. Our inference acceleration stack, ANNA, automates quantization, pruning, and sparsification so models can run smoothly on cloud, on-prem, and edge.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow our community on Discord, Reddit, and other platforms. Make it a trusted hub for users, partners, and early adopters.
- Join conversations where AI/ML teams live and bring our voice to those discussions.
- Collaborate with product, research, and marketing teams to create updates, guides, and case studies that resonate with technical audiences.
- Produce and distribute content across channels.
- Organize events, AMAs, and collaborations with researchers, influencers, and partner communities.
- Act as a bridge between users and our team. Collect feedback, surface insights, and highlight feature requests.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing technical or developer communities.
- Basic understanding of AI workflows: inference, deployment, and optimization.
- Clear, approachable communication.
- Proficiency with Discord, GitHub, Twitter/X, Reddit, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and community management, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Sora, for generating content, automating responses, and managing community bots.
- Bonus: experience working with influencers or building partnerships in tech communities.
